At HashCase, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to make the cancellation process as simple as possible.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order through our Instagram/WhatsApp support team with your order details and the reason for cancellation.
Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed, packed, or prepared for shipment.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched from our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled.
