At HashCase, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Order Processing

• All orders are confirmed, packed, and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment verification.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.

• Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metro Cities: 4–5 business days

• Tier 2, Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5–9 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier network delays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders across India.

• For Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small advance payment is collected at checkout as part of our order confirmation process.

Important Information

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are entered correctly during checkout.

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, inaccurate contact details, or the recipient being unavailable, the shipment may be returned to us by the courier partner. If you wish to have the order shipped again after it is returned, applicable re-shipping charges may be required before dispatch.

Delayed, Stuck, or Lost Orders

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, occasional courier-related issues may occur.

If your package is delayed, stuck in transit, or reported lost, our team will coordinate directly with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

In the event that the shipment is officially confirmed as lost, HashCase will either:

• Send a replacement order at no additional cost, subject to product availability, or

• Issue a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
