What is Partial COD?

With Partial COD, a small portion of the order value is paid in advance when placing the order. The remaining balance is collected when your order is delivered.

Why Do We Require an Advance Payment?

Terms & Conditions

  • The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is canceled after it has been processed or if the shipment is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are fully protected under HashCase's Replacement Policy.

  • In the event that HashCase is unable to fulfill your order due to inventory shortages, courier-related issues, or any fault on our end, the advance payment will be refunded in full.

  • By placing a Partial COD order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
